The protagonists of Naira Devaluation have suddenly lost their voice. I thought they said unless Naira is devalued immediately dollar will continue to rise and the economy
will crash? Well, dollar has been somewhat static while Naira has steadily firmed up with it. Yes, the forex market is still volatile but not as gory as the pictures that have been painted by the alarmists, majority of
whom never supported or wished the government of the day well anyway. With the entrance of Chinese Yuan into the
scene and it's consequent status as "Reserve-Currency" courtesy of the IMF, it's at least certain now that Naira will continue to firm up with the dollar some more. It doesn't seem the government of the day doesn't have a policy or direction as some would make us believe. Perhaps there is some direction in the alleged directionless. God bless Nigeria as PMB turns things around.
